Schedule of Regular Fees:

Cancelation fee: $50.00
Rescheduling fee: $50.00
Extra hours are charged at $120.00/hour prorated at 30 minutes.

Q - When will I know my arrival time?
A: The arrival time will be provided to you the day prior to your moving job.

Q - What are the arrivals times provided by the dispatcher?
A1: Morning shift (8AM-11AM);
A2: Afternoon shift (12PM-3PM);
A3: Evening shift (4PM-7PM).

Q - When does the clock start?
A: Clock starts at the customer's house.

Q - How much does each additional hour cost?
A: 120/Hour prorated at 30 min increments. 

Q - Do we provide moving blankets/furniture wrap?
A: Yes.

Q - Can I change the date of my move?
A: Yes depending on availability and there will be a one-time non-refundable fee of $50.00.

Q. How are credit card payments processed? 
A. We do not charge your card. For your security, we provide a link to our online store. We can also email an invoice to you that will give you the ability to pay online securely. On the day of the job, additional hours can be paid via credit/debit card. Cash is also accepted.  We do however require a credit card on file. Any forms that are not completed fully will be discarded. We will facilitate the process of payment but we must protect ourselves also. All initial booking fees and hours booked are due at the time of booking. Additional hours may be paid after the move is completed.  

Q - What is typical gratuity on satisfactory moving jobs?
A: Gratuity not included. Gratuities are welcome.

Q - Are there any processing fees?
A: All credit card charges are subject to 6.5% processing fee. Example: if credit card charge is $50.00, total charge on your receipt will be $53.25.

Q - What are the methods of payment accepted for additional hours?
A: Debit/Credit Card and must be on file prior to move.

Q - Is there a cancellation fee?
A: Yes. Cancellation is subject to a $50.00 non-refundable fee with limited exceptions. (Manager's Discretion)

Q. Do you charge for multiple level houses or apartments?
A. Yes. Check with sales for specifics. 

Q. What if I need a specific moving time?
A. Talk to your sales person about options. 

Q - May I assist the movers with my move?
A: No. This poses a major liability for us, and movers reserve the right to leave if this policy is not observed.

Q. Are there any items that will not be moved under a regular moving service? 
A. Pool tables, pianos, aquariums, hot tubs, Jacuzzi's, clock towers, gun safes, ellipticals, treadmills, 36-48in double door fridges, washer & dryer, and any item over 200ibs must be pre approved by your sales person and the appropriate fee paid. Please refer to our online store for all fees.

Q. Can I add additional movers to my order?
A. Yes. Must be pre-approved by sales. Each mover will cost an additional $60.00/hour. 

Q - Are my items wrapped?
A: Yes all items will be wrapped. Please do not ask the movers to not wrap your items. We must safeguard all your belongings.
