Booking Process
1st, 2nd, 3rd

1st – Complete and Submit Check Availability / Application Form;
2nd – Dispatcher Will Answer Your Form Via TEXT or EMAIL (24 Hours);
3rd – Once Accepted You Will Be Directed to Booking/Registration Link.

Once Booking/Registration Link gets completed and submitted, customer will receive an email with the service confirmation. At that time, your job will be booked. All Fees must be paid prior to your service.

Registration/Booking Fee of $25 will be required for each Booking to prevent scams customers and shoppers, we appreciate your understanding. This fee will be applied to all existing customers, new customer, social media customers and repeat customers. No exceptions will be granted.

0 – Booking Fee: $25*;
1 – *INCLUDED: Moving Equipment for Full Service (Not Labor Only);
2 – *INCLUDED: You Pick Your Arrival Window (8-11, 12-3 or 4-7);
3NOT INCLUDED (Other fees will apply):
– Same Day Service;
– Next Day Service;
– Multi Floor;
– Washer & Dryer;
– Refrigerator;
– Item over 250 lbs;
– Safe / Clock Tower;
– Extra Mileage (30);
– Assembling;
– Extra Stop;
– 2nd Floor;
– Elevator;
– Rescheduling;
– Saturday Fee;
– Sunday Fee (Ask dispatcher to confirm and clear your Booking);
4 – You can pay for your extra fee here, non payment of any extra fee will result in termination of any business relationship;

*If the terms of the Check Availability / Application Form can’t be accepted, we will refund Your Booking Fee and cancel your service.
